INTENT The proposed bylaw amendment will rezone from A, Agricultural to CR, Country Residential a portion of land in the SW 25-18-13 W2 as shown within the dashed lines on the attached map and which shall become part of this bylaw. AFFECTED LAND The affected land is that within the dashed line known as Parcel B within the W 25-18-13 S2. REASON The reason for the amendment is to allow a residential development within this site. PUBLIC INSPECTION Any person may inspect the bylaw at the RM of Indian Head No. 156 office at 719 Grand Avenue, Indian Head on any weekday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Copies are available at cost. PUBLIC HEARING Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at The RM of Indian Head office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaw.
