A building permit is now required under the authority of Bylaw No. 212-2024 being a Bylaw Respecting Buildings which has adopted the provisions of the National Building Code of Canada. The bylaw can be found below for review.
Our building inspection services is contracted to Municode Services Ltd. of Warman, SK. The RM’s permit interest is in the structural elements of the building being proposed. Other permits will be required from other authorities and are the responsibility of the developer.
