Notice of Impounded Animals To Whom it May Concern: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to The Stray Animals Act: 1 stud horse and 9 mares of various breed, age and color were impounded on Dec. 3, 2023 at Candiac Auction Mart. Pursuant to section 22 of The Stray Animals Act, where the above described animals have not been released from the pound within 14 days after impoundment, or where the owner remains unknown after reasonable inquiry by the municipality and the municipality has waited seven days after impoundment, the animals shall be delivered to a livestock, auction market for sale by public auction.
